Juniors League welcomes all players aged 19 and under to join one of four league teams.  ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY.  This is for insurance purposes.

All teams are co-ed.  Games are 90min, Soft Cap at 80min.  3 Girls to 4 Boys minimum to play 7 v 7.

All games will follow 11th edition USAUltimate rules.

There is a strong focus on development as well as on Spirit of the Game (SOG).  All members involved in the junior league, whether coach or player, are encouraged to foster sportsmanship and SOG as defined in the 11th edition rules.  Post match Spirit Games are strongly encouraged.
