- must be a jpeg (jpg) Gif's are not proper image formats. You will find that the quality absolutely sucks if you saved them as a "gif" and if you got someone to do it for you, they should be fired.
- maximum file size is 250 KB
- A good dimension size is about 500 pixels (just less than 7 inches or 18cm) as your largest dimension (width or height).
- IE. Cherry Pie is 500px wide and only 50Kb
